Rob Manfredo of Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC presents "Unemployment Claims and Preparing for Unemployment Hearings".
MHHRA will be doing a 50/50 raffle to support the SHRM Foundation. The SHRM Foundation is dedicated to fostering the development of HR professionals through scholarship programs and research funding. The Foundation awards more than 200 scholarships annually, providing HR practitioners opportunities to earn certifications and pursue graduate or undergraduate degrees.
About our Speakers:
A 2016 Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Employment and Labor Law, Rob Manfredo is an experienced labor and employment attorney who counsels employers to ensure compliance with the vast array of laws and regulations that employers encounter on a daily basis. Rob counsels employers in a broad range of industries, including higher education, not-for-profit, construction, and health care.
Rob is also an experienced litigator who routinely represents employers before federal and state courts, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Department of Labor Unemployment Insurance Division and Division of Labor Standards, the National Labor Relations Board and in private arbitrations.
