“The MHHRA dinner was a wonderful experience for me. I met so many business professionals, exchanged contact information and I even got a job offer at a well-known HR company a few weeks later. I also learned a lot about the HR field. I didn't think I could gain so much from just one dinner. I would definitely recommend it to any student.”- Nicole Giordano
“MHHRA offers Management Association (MA) members something that is unique to find with other student organizations- a local professional affiliation. I believe the students who maximize their MA membership are those that attend free MHHRA meetings to network with professionals and participate in professional workshops. MHHRA and SHRM also offer students several advantages including internship opportunities, the ability to participate in the HR Games competition, as well as scholarships and awards. I have seen terrific success stories of students who have taken advantage of MHHRA and SHRM and you can join that long list!”- Shaun Hoff
“The MHHRA meetings have been very beneficial to me. I love the networking and the topics have been very interesting. It is also a lot of fun winning the raffle prizes and building relationships with fellow classmates as well.”- Kimberly Bellarosa
“There are many benefits you get out of these meetings. You probably do not see the benefits right away but after a few meetings you will see it for sure. You get to talk to professionals and find out how it is to work in the real world. I got one really good internship at the meeting and two more through networking. We went to different conferences in NYC and got to attend workshops and trade shows where we got lots of free souvenirs.”- Mohammed Zaman
“I attended a MHHRA meeting at which the speaker was a "Life Coach," and I learned so much that I was able to take some of the materials and the message back to work. My co-workers loved it.”- Christopher Jarvis
