Janet Giannetta, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Janet Giannetta is a Partner in Visions Human Resources Services, LLC, an affiliate of RBT CPAs, LLP. Visions offers a full spectrum of HR services. Janet most recently was Chief Human Resources Officer at RBT CPAs where she was responsible for all HR activities within the Firm and Janet is a senior-level human resources professional who has served in a wide range of industries, including health care, finance and manufacturing. Over the course of her career, she has mastered the balance of employee advocacy and the business needs of organizations – the most challenging aspect of compliance and managing human resources.
Prior to joining RBT, Janet was the Corporate Compliance Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Elant, Inc. serving 6 locations and 1200 union and non-union employees. Before that, Janet was the Regional Human Resources Director at Wingate Healthcare in Needham, Mass., where she was responsible for the HR oversight of more than 1,500 employees across ten skilled nursing centers. She demonstrated a thorough understanding of complex state and federal regulations, and regularly counseled both management and employees on issues like performance, terminations, harassment and discrimination.

Joan Whitman, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Joan Whitman is the Director of HR for Acadia HR, Red Hook, NY, and site location in Austin TX.
Joan has held her SHRM and HRCI certifications since 2008, with continued participation with the MHHRA Chapter. Throughout her career, Joan has held Executive Management positions including HR positions in both the private business and non-profit industries.
Post graduating from SUNY Geneseo, Joan attained her Master Degree from The Sage Colleges (formerly Russell Sage College) in Public Service/Public Administration.
Joan is a member of SHRM and serves as a Board Member with the MHHRA Chapter.

Amy VanTassel
Amy VanTassel is the Industrial Staffing Division Manager for Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions based out of Poughkeepsie NY. Previously she worked as a General Manager for Trefz Corporation. Amy has a strong background in recruitment and employee retention. She has a Bachelor's degree in Global History from the University at Albany and minored in Adolescent Education. Amy is a new member of SHRM.

As an HR professional for 9+ years, Dawn's experience includes all operations of Human Resources. Currently the Personnel Director for Ulster County, the focus is to recruit and hire the personnel to provide the highest quality for the residents of Ulster County.
Dawn has attained her HR credentials as a SHRM Certified Professional with a concentration in HR Management through her MBA degree.
With great pride Dawn is an Honorably discharged Navy Veteran and proudly fosters puppies for Take Me Home Pet Rescue.

Marybeth is currently the Assistant Director for HRIS at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. She began working in the Human Resource field in 1989 with First National Bank of Highland. She started working at Marist College in 1993. Marybeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Organizational Communications and Human Resource Management from Marist College. She is a member of SHRM and has had a long relationship with MHHRA chapter previously holding various board positions. In addition, she works with the Marist College SHRM Student Chapter as a co-advisor.
