    • Recent changes made to record keeping management specifications.
    • Common violations regarding written agreements regarding commissions, and work agreements.
    • Observations of the Senior Investigator for the NYS Department of Labor.

    J.C. Dacier, Senior Investigator with New York State Department of Labor, brings twenty-plus years of experience investigating Labor Law violations. He was born in Glen Ridge, NJ and was educated in the S.U.N.Y. system. He currently holds a B.A. from S.U.N.Y Plattsburgh.
