    Speakers:

    Beth Abarca holds a master’s degrees in human resources management and finance from Pace University and a bachelor’s degree in management with a minor in English from the State University of New York at Albany. Beth is a business oriented human resources generalist with over 20 years of experience coaching senior management and developing successful partnerships with small, medium and large sized multi-national organizations. Beth is currently the Director of Human Resources for Independent Living, Inc. and Independent Home Care, Inc. in Newburgh, NY.

    Wally Hauck holds a doctorate in organizational leadership from Warren National University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Iona College, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Speaking Professional and for 15 years his consulting firm, Optimum Leadership, has consulted with dozens of organizations and coached hundreds of individuals in improving leadership skills to boost employee engagement and performance.
