Our speaker this month is Steven Rubin, CEBS from Mercer presenting on their 2012 Healthcare Survey.
Steven Rubin is a Principal in the Norwalk office of Mercer Health & Benefits. Steven assists mid-sized to large clients in the strategic planning and negotiating of their employee benefits. He has expertise in financial analysis, underwriting, stop loss reinsurance, program consolidation, and disability management programs. Prior to joining Mercer in May 2005, Steven had worked for two Boston area health insurance companies and another large benefits consulting firm. Steven has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
