Location: | Marist College We are in room SC3103 which is located in the Student Center- the building which houses our Theater. MHHRA members can park in the Donnelly Lot (#4 on the parking map) and go across the sidewalk to Champagnat Hall (#3 on the visitor map), once in Champagnat breezeway go up 3 steps to Student Center. or you can park in Mid-Rise Lot (#10 on the parking map) and go up 3 flights of stairs on the outside of Mid-Rise Dorms to the Rotunda, once in the Rotunda you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor. http://www.marist.edu/about/map.html http://www.marist.edu/security/pdfs/parkingmap.pdf |

Bio
John M. Bagyi, Esq., SPHR
An attorney and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources who is a Member (Partner) at Bond, Schoeneck & King, John counsels and represents employers on labor and employment issues helping them achieve and maintain legal compliance, while improving employee engagement and workplace productivity. With years of experience, John provides practical real-world advice, mindful of the need to balance the legal ideal with a client’s operational reality.
He has served as a guest lecturer at Albany Law School, the University at Albany, Union Graduate School and the Lally School of Business at RPI and is a frequent speaker at national, regional and state conferences, including the National SHRM Conference. John also serves as General Counsel to the New York State Society of Human Resource Management.
John has been selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers and has also been recognized in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Emerging Leaders. In 2007, John was the youngest attorney in New York State listed in The Best Lawyers in America for labor and employment law and, most recently, The Best Lawyers in America named John the 2014 Albany Labor Law - Management "Lawyer of the Year" and Albany Employment Law- Management “Lawyer of the Year”.
