As an executive and personal coach, she also offers workshops and one-on-one coaching to clients from all over the country, working to empower her clients as they discover their dreams and optimize their potential, both personally and professionally. Cale has been involved in a number of community-based initiatives, and is passionate about using her work as a platform to connect people to ideas and stories, and ultimately, to build stronger relationships with one another.
