    We have a set number of rooms blocked off at the Crowne Plaza, High Peaks Resort and Hotel North Woods. Booking your room now will ensure that you get into the hotel that will best meet your needs.

    The hotel room pricing starts at $149 per night.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to arrive on Saturday, September 17, 2016 your only choice will be Hotel North Woods.

    High Peaks Resort is available for early arrivals beginning Friday, September 16, 2016 for a 4 night stay.

    **Crowne Plaza is not available for early arrivals.**

    Reservations for the conference dates of Sunday, September 18 and Monday, September 19, 2016 are available at all 3 participating hotels.
