     MHHRA will be doing a 50/50 raffle to support the SHRM Foundation. The SHRM Foundation is dedicated to fostering the development of HR professionals through scholarship programs and research funding. The Foundation awards more than 200 scholarships annually, providing HR practitioners opportunities to earn certifications and pursue graduate or undergraduate degrees.

    About our Speaker:

    In his consulting work with Caliper clients, Steve’s areas of focus are executive coaching, leader assessment, talent management, leadership development, and organizational development consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and consulting settings, including extensive work with C-level executives and their teams.

    Prior to becoming an external coach and consultant, he was the Vice President, Global Talent Management & Organization Development at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), with responsibility for succession planning, MBA recruiting, executive development, performance management, and organizational development. His team’s leadership development and executive coaching programs were instrumental in ADP’s recognition as a “Top 20” company by Training Magazine in 2008. Previously, he was the Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Prudential, where he led the company’s global organizational development function.

    Steve is recognized as a thought leader in the areas of executive coaching, talent management, and leadership development and has presented at many conferences and professional association meetings on these and other topics. Also, he was the Chair at the Council of Talent Management Executives for two years (2007 and 2008). The Council is a group of 37 major corporations.

    Steve holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
