Boundaries for Operational Excellence…Building a High Performance Organization
    Presented by: Vince Bovino

1.5 HRCI Strategic Credits/1.5 SHRM Credits

Our May 17th Breakfast meeting will host a 1.5 hour fast paced presentation from Vince Bovino, titled “Breaking Boundaries for Operating Excellence … Building a High Performance Organization”.

We encourage you to invite your organization’s Operations Management to our meeting as this topic is highly relevant to both HR and Operations Leaders. Vince will present four major systems, that when linked together form a powerful initiative to quickly, significantly and on a sustained basis improve Operating Performance. The four systems are … A Performance Measurement System … An Incentive Pay System … A Performance Communication System and … A Performance Improvement Team System.  This model will positively change employee behavior. Quite interestingly, we will learn about the ONE operating performance measure that is underperformed in every organization.

    Presenter Bio:
Vince is a management consultant and founder of Bovino Consulting Group. He is a facilitator for Productivity & Quality Improvement, a catalyst for organization change, a dynamic seminar leader and public speaker. Vince and his team have developed a powerful and effective High Performance Organization (supported by a Gainsharing Incentive Pay Plan) that quickly produces significant and lasting operating performance improvements. Vince frequently speaks to corporate leaders, professional business groups and associations. He is a voice for “Operating Excellence” that has been heard throughout the United States and Canada with additional speaking and consulting experiences in South America and Australia. His presentation is a fusion of the lessons learned from 250 plus consulting assignments in major industrial settings. Vince’s model for “Operating Excellence” is anchored in experience … not in theory. His model drives results and outcomes … not activities. Prior to forming Bovino Consulting Group he was the Vice President of Human Resources for Bunker Limited, Employee Relations Manager for Standard Oil, Boise Cascade Corporation and General Cable Corporation.

MHHRA will be doing a raffle to support the SHRM Foundation. The SHRM Foundation is dedicated to fostering the development of HR professionals through scholarship programs and research funding.
