Long before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recognized telework as a reasonable accommodation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, even after most businesses returned to some level of in-person operations, the EEOC drastically increased its enforcement efforts related to telework as a disability accommodation.
This webinar will cover:
* Multiple telework-related disability discrimination cases that were investigated and brought to federal court by the EEOC, including the parties' arguments and the courts' responses.
* Strategies for employers and their in-house counsels to minimize risk exposure without compromising the employers' workplace culture and values.
* Strategies for a winning approach in litigation before the EEOC.
