Dannielle Mattes, Esq., AVP
Dannielle serves as the Manager of Compliance and Client Solutions within Marshall & Sterling’s Group Benefits division. She advises clients on all types of employee benefit compliance issues, particularly focusing her practice on the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, DOL audits and implementing technology solutions.
Dannielle is a licensed attorney and active member of the New York State Bar Association. She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University at Buffalo and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo Law School. Dannielle also holds New York State insurance licenses for Life, Accident and Health. Dannielle has worked within the NYS Court System, State Administrative agencies and corporate regulatory compliance departments prior to joining Marshall & Sterling in 2014.
