The panel will provide an overview of the types of discrimination often experienced by those of AAPI descent. They will also address topics relating to the criminal justice system, Title IX, management, and human resources. This program is intended to educate us all on critical issues surrounding the bias individuals of AAPI heritage face regularly and allow us to find ways to interrupt that bias. Attorneys, administrators working in education, and human resources professionals dealing with civil rights investigations may find this of particular importance.
