SECOND CHANCE HIRING: Expanding Your Company's DEI Landscape
Join us in this virtual event! Susan Corcoran and Poonam Sethi from Jackson Lewis will provide an interactive, timely, and relevant presentation.
Learn what is Second Chance Hiring, and legal considerations relating to employers’ efforts to expand the pool of qualified candidates in this tight job market by seeking to remove barriers for individuals who have conviction records. As is typical Jackson Lewis style, the program will be interactive, designed for the participant to walk away with practical knowledge relating to a self-audit of their Company’s own practices or processes, and/or developing a strategy for change.
If you have questions you would like to ask Susan or Poonam, please send them to President@midhudsonhr.org and we will adress them during the presentation.
