Establishments with more than 100 employees in certain "highest-hazard " industries must submit, OSHA 300 log data, 300A and 301 information. Find out whether your industry is on the "highest-hazard" list. What is the OSHA definition of an "establishment" and are you prepared for this new requirement?

Have you reviewed your 2023 OSHA 300 log and is the form 300A ready to post by February 1?
