* Healthcare Reform Requirement Timeline. A review of the healthcare reform requirements that employers must conform with between now and 2014.
* Health Insurance Exchanges: What is the employer Impact? We will discuss the impact that Health Insurance Exchanges will have on employer programs.
Our Speaker this month is Paul Grady is the Advisory and Enterprise Leader for the Mercer Health and Benefits Norwalk office. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he is a senior consultant who advises clients on program strategy, including the design, funding, financial analysis, and vendor selection for health and welfare programs.Paul has been actively involved in healthcare reform. He is the vice-chair of the Business Council of Fairfield County Health Care Leadership Council. He was a member of the Connecticut HealthFirst Authority Cost, Cost Containment and Finance workgroup. Paul provided advice to the Universal Health Foundation during the development of SustiNet. He has recently been appointed to the SustiNet Board of Directors.
